Shipping and Receiving
We ship through Canada Post. That means every town, settlement, province, and territory in Canada can access our native cigarettes.
Most shipments through Canada Post arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipments to the territories or the coasts may take a little longer.
Shipping costs are determined by the size of your order and your destination. All orders over $250 get free shipping!
All orders above $250 get free shipping!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
We process orders and ship packages Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3pm MST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Ordering
Begin by selecting the item(s) you would like to purchase. You can click the “Add To Cart” button and adjust the quantity by clicking the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can click the image of the item you want to purchase and adjust the quantity from the item’s page.
Once you have all the items and quantities selected, click the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page and click the “Checkout” button. On the Checkout page, fill out the “Billing Details” section, including your name and shipping address.
Next, read the “Email Transfer Instructions” thoroughly to learn how to how to make the transfer of payment.
To complete your purchase, click the “Place Order” button.
Once your order has been placed, transfer the payment by following the “Email Transfer Instructions”.
All orders will be placed on hold until the transfer of payment is received.
To make changes to an order you must cancel the existing order and place a new order. In general, if payment for an order has already been accepted, you cannot make changes to that order.
- Go to My Account > Orders > and select the corresponding order to cancel an order. If payment has already been accepted you cannot cancel an order.

You will receive an email indicating we have accepted your payment and are processing your order.

On the right hand side of the “Checkout” page, below the “Your Order” section, there’s a field where you can choose the number of points you’d like to redeem. Use the arrow buttons to select the amount of points, then click the ‘Apply Points’ button; or simply put a number in you would like to redeem. You can redeem up to a maximum of $100.00 per order.
