How to Place an Order
At Native Smokes Store, we’ve made the online ordering experience fast, secure, and easy for everyone—whether it’s your first time shopping with us or you’re a regular customer. Our process is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible, so you can focus on choosing the products you love without any hassle.
Placing an order only takes a few steps. Once you’ve selected your items, you’ll head to checkout, fill in your billing details, and follow our Email Transfer Instructions to complete your payment securely. We’ll hold your order until payment is received, then begin processing and preparing it for delivery.

How do I place an order?
Begin by selecting the item(s) you would like to purchase. You can click the “Add To Cart” button and adjust the quantity by clicking the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can click the image of the item you want to purchase and adjust the quantity from the item’s page.
Once you have all the items and quantities selected, click the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page and click the “Checkout” button. On the Checkout page, fill out the “Billing Details” section, including your name and shipping address.

To complete your purchase, click the “Place Order” button.
Once your order has been placed, transfer the payment by following the “Email Transfer Instructions”.
All orders will be placed on hold until the transfer of payment is received.
How do I make changes to an order?
To make changes to an order you must cancel the existing order and place a new order. In general, if payment for an order has already been accepted, you cannot make changes to that order.
How do I cancel an order?
Go to My Account > Orders > and select the corresponding order to cancel an order. If payment has already been accepted you cannot cancel an order.
Can I return an order?
No. All orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Who can purchase products from Native Smokes?
Anyone of legal age that resides in Canada can purchase products from Native Smokes.
